All timelines, fees, and outcomes communicated to you (whether by our team or by any Expert) are estimates based on general experience and are subject to change based on decisions made by the relevant authority or body.

5. User Obligations

By using this Website, you agree that:

1. All information you provide (including in any form submission) is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

• Government/statutory fees (if any) are payable directly as prescribed by the relevant authority and are separate from any facilitation or professional service fee charged by us or the Expert.
• All payments made towards our facilitation services are non-refundable except as expressly stated in a separate Refund Policy (if applicable) or as required under applicable law.
• We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional costs arising from actions or decisions of government authorities or certification bodies.
